Yellow squash ×2, zucchini ×2, medium eggplant, big green bell pepper, extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, v8 juice, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper, red pepper seasoning.

Very savory and spicy, but because you have to cook all the veggies until they are a bit mushy the dish has a texture some may not like.
